Jeremy & Melissa's wedding day was a perfect spring day, which was a huge change from last week's stormy weather. The sunshine and warm (but, not too warm) temperature helped make Jeremy & Melissa's wedding day all they hoped it would be.
The day started with Melissa and the girls getting ready at The Look salon. Then, they met at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church to finish getting ready. The bridesmaids wore light plum colored gowns with halter style bodices, with silver shoulder wraps and heels. The dresses matched Melissa's halter style wedding gown. Melissa and the girls carried plum colored calla-lily bouquets.
The couple placed pictures of their loved ones who have passed at the front of the church. And two of Melissa's cousins lit the candles by the pictures in honor of Melissa's mom and other family members.
After the wedding, the couple and guests proceeded to the church hall for the dinner and dance. The dance began with a grand march let by friends of the couple. With the help of Melissa's family, the dance continued with party hats, fun hair-bands and horn blowers, creating a fun & festive celebration.
Jeremy & Melissa, we hope you continue to be "stuck" on each other for a long and happy lifetime together! And when things get rough, buy more tape! (Sounds like crazy advise but, they'll know what we mean!).
Congrats & God Bless,
Brett & Cheryl
